Our client, a global AI fintech company, are actively seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to become a vital part of their expanding engineering team.
The role:
- Create and maintain various applications using Python, Rust and Typescript.
- Write code early on, while progressively guiding AI agents to generate high-quality code.
- Co-design reliable, secure systems with strong engineering discipline.
- Define and iterate on agent “rules,” skills, and workflows for code generation and review.
- Validate agent outputs and continuously improve these workflows over time.
- Partner on what we build next, aligning with customer needs and the product roadmap.
- Help shape product and UX through feature design and practical engineering input.
- Influence engineering practices and team culture as the organization scales.
What you offer:
- Minimum of 4+ years experience with one of the following: Python / Rust / Typescript
- Ideally 1+ years of practical experience with AI/ML technologies in production settings
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
