About the Role
We are looking for an experienced AI Solution Engineer with strong expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI, along with exposure to IoT-enabled environments.
This role focuses on building production-grade AI solutions that combine enterprise data, real-time IoT streams, and GenAI capabilities to drive intelligent automation, insights, and decision-making.
Senior candidates will lead architecture design, define AI strategies, and drive large-scale deployments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop LLM-powered applications (chatbots, copilots, document intelligence, enterprise search)
- Build and optimize RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines with vector databases
- Implement prompt engineering strategies and optimize LLM performance (accuracy, latency, cost)
- Integrate AI solutions into enterprise systems via APIs and microservices
- Work with structured, unstructured, and real-time IoT data streams
- Develop AI-driven solutions combining sensor data + enterprise knowledge bases
- Ensure robustness through evaluation frameworks, guardrails, and monitoring
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate use cases into scalable AI solutions
For Senior Level:
- Lead end-to-end AI / GenAI solution architecture
- Define LLM architecture patterns (RAG, fine-tuning, agents)
- Drive AI governance, security, and responsible AI practices
- Mentor junior engineers and guide technical delivery
- Engage stakeholders on AI strategy and roadmap
Technical Requirements
LLM / GenAI (Core)
- Hands-on experience with LLMs (GPT, Claude, Llama, etc.)
- Strong experience with:
- RAG architectures
- Vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, Chroma)
- Prompt engineering and evaluation
- Familiarity with frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel
- Experience handling hallucination, grounding, and response evaluation
Programming & Engineering
- Strong Python skills
- Experience building APIs (FastAPI, Flask)
- Understanding of scalable system design and microservices architecture
Cloud & Deployment
- Experience with AWS / Azure / GCP
- Familiar with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
- Exposure to LLMOps / MLOps practices
IoT Experience (Good to Have)
- Experience with IoT architectures (device connectivity, telemetry ingestion, edge computing)
- Familiarity with streaming technologies (Kafka, MQTT, etc.)
- Experience working with time-series / sensor data
- Exposure to cloud IoT platforms (AWS IoT, Azure IoT Hub, etc.)
- Understanding of edge AI / real-time inference is a plus
