Responsibilities
- Lead all technical pre-sales activities across net new prospects and expansion opportunities
- Design and deliver proof-of-concepts (POCs) and technical demonstrations tailored to prospect use cases
- Respond to technical RFPs, RFIs, and security / architecture questionnaires
- Partner with Technical Account Executives throughout the sales cycle — from discovery to close
- Provide deep technical enablement to customer engineering teams on new product releases
- Build reusable demo assets, integration guides, and technical collateral in Mandarin for the Chinese market
- Feed market and competitor intelligence back to the global Product team
Qualifications
- 6+ years in a Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales Engineering, or AI/ML engineering role
- Strong coding skills (Python, Go, or equivalent); experience building on top of LLM or AI APIs
- Hands-on experience with vector databases, embedding pipelines, prompt engineering, or fine-tuning workflows strongly preferred
- Native Mandarin; strong technical English
- Excellent presentation skills — able to whiteboard complex architectures and demo live to C-level audiences
- Understanding of China-specific networking, security compliance, and deployment requirements preferred
- Curiosity and drive to stay at the cutting edge of AI developments
