Your Role

As an AI Solutions Engineer, you will be instrumental in translating real-world challenges into innovative, efficient, and scalable AI and Machine Learning solutions. You will design and implement advanced artificial intelligence solutions that promote innovation and improve performance. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be key while leveraging your machine learning, deep learning, and data analysis skills to tackle complex challenges and provide impactful AI-driven outcomes.

Your Responsibilities

• Research and evaluate emerging AI tools critical for software development, including code assistants, automation frameworks, testing tools, and API-based AI services.
• Assist developers by integrating AI tools into their existing workflows and recommending optimal practices.
• Construct and maintain internal prototypes or automation scripts utilizing AI/ML APIs and frameworks.
• Provide comprehensive training, demonstrations, and thorough documentation to help teams effectively utilize AI solutions.
• Monitor the performance of AI tools, gather user feedback, and propose enhancements.
• Stay informed about industry advancements and communicate insights to engineering leadership.
• Collaborate with diverse teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven process improvements.
• Support compliance, security, and ethical usage of AI systems within engineering operations.

Travel may be a requirement for this role, with the amount varying based on business needs and client demands.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience with modern AI tools for developers (such as GitHub Copilot, OpenAI API, Claude, Replit AI, Hugging Face).
• A minimum of 3 years of programming experience and hands-on coding proficiency in Python.
• At least 1 year of experience in implementing or prototyping AI-driven automation or productivity tools.
• A minimum of 1 year of assessing technical tools and communicating their advantages to non-technical audiences.
• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum of 12 years of relevant work experience). If you hold an Associate's Degree, a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience is required.

Key Skills

• Proven analytical abilities and a proactive approach to exploring new AI/ML technologies.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills developed through education, collaborative projects, or professional experiences.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience through internships, personal projects, or coursework involving AI/ML tools (6+ months recommended) is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

Compensation at Accenture is competitive and varies based on factors such as location, role, skill set, and experience level. The anticipated salary range for this position is:

• California: $70,350 to $205,800
• Cleveland: $59,100 to $164,600
• Colorado: $63,800 to $177,800
• District of Columbia: $68,000 to $189,300
• Illinois: $59,100 to $177,800
• Maryland: $63,800 to $177,800
• Massachusetts: $63,800 to $189,300
• Minnesota: $63,800 to $177,800
• New York: $66,300 to $205,800
• New Jersey: $68,000 to $205,800
• Washington: $80,200 to $189,300
