AI Solutions Engineer for Insurance

Enhance insurance technology as an AI Solutions Engineer. Engage with customers, integrate AI systems, and overcome technical challenges while working closely with cross-functional teams in Toronto.

In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining and enhancing technical relationships with clients. You will work collaboratively with engineering teams to integrate our AI platform and ensure its stability in real-world applications. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with a knack for bridging technical and business discussions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage customer integrations from POC to production
• Utilize Python for integration of AI systems
• Troubleshoot customer issues and enforce SLAs
• Guide technical resolution and fix product-related problems
• Engage in executive conversations translating technical needs

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field
• 4–6 years in a customer-facing technical role
• Experienced in Python, cloud platforms, and REST APIs
• Skilled in diagnosing complex production challenges
• Based in Toronto for a 5-day in-office schedule
