- Drive AI and workflow automation across operations, from problem discovery to rollout
- Work closely with vendors to define and execute a structured AI roadmap
- Lead testing and deployment of AI solutions, ensuring quality across workflows and outputs
- Integrate AI tools with internal systems, databases, and messaging platforms
- Strong in SQL and Python for data handling, scripting, and API integrations
- Familiar with APIs, automation tools, and LLM-based workflows; able to bridge business and tech
