Emission Calculations & Modeling: Conduct emission calculations for various pollutants from diverse sources using established methodologies and software. May involve performing or overseeing air dispersion modeling studies (e.g., AERMOD) to assess potential imp
Permit Negotiation & Agency Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact with regulatory agencies (MCAQD, EPA) during the permitting process, addressing agency comments, negotiating permit conditions, and ensuring timely appr
