Wir suchen Sie als ALM Processes Engineer (f/m/d) in Taufkirchen.
Ihre Aufgaben
The jobholder is working as ALM Processes Engineer (f/m/d) and is responsible for the following tasks:
- As Laser Beam Melting process engineer, you support all relevant programs (especially new Turbopumps) process development and qualification for Laser Beam Melting process topics with close links with production center and engineering department. You will therefore identify key process parameters, giving advices and synthesis on all Laser Beam Melting relevant topics linked with process development and qualification. You have also a large spectrum of knowledge about manufacturing processes in general
- As a DED (Direct Energy Deposition) process engineer you will contribute to the R&T European Union Horizon Europe Project with the development of Laser Metal Deposition process for Rocket Engine Nozzle Extension
- Participate to the writing of internal material & processes specifications
- In close contact with engineering & production teams you provide advices and synthesis about materials & processes, identify key process parameters in link with the qualification and contribute to R&T roadmap about materials with research eco-system in Germany and in France
- Contribute to the development of technologies mainly based on additive manufacturing for metallic materials. You have also a large spectrum of knowledge about manufacturing processes in general
- Realize a technological watch in the field of Metallic Materials & Processes science

Ihr Profil
Studium
- Luft- und Raumfahrt : mind. Bachelor-Studiengang
Sprachkenntnisse
- Deutsch : mind. verhandlungssicher
- Englisch : mind. verhandlungssicher
- Französisch : wünschenswert
Berufserfahrung
- Experience in Laser Beam Melting process is required
- Profound experience Process development and qualification is required
- Experience Direct Energy Deposition knowledge is required
- Profound experience Material development and test plan management is required
Personal requirements
- Co-working within French/German team, technical English required
- Open-minded and good communication, customer oriented, rigorous & autonomous
