Position Overview
Seeking an established mid‑level candidate to join the systematic trading strats pod within our FICC E-Trading & Market Structure (front office/in-business) horizontal team. This NY based role will focus supporting the Credit systematic trading ecosystem, which includes algo trading, portfolio trading, and ETF creation/redemption activities. The strats pod is responsible for contributing to the development of systematic market‑making algorithms, developing quantitative trading strategies/methods, building desk tools and analytics, as well as analyzing and promoting market structure developments and e‑trading strategy. The role requires a combination of quantitative, business, and technical expertise and as such requires close co‑operation with our partners in trading and technology.

Pay and benefits information
Pay range $110,000.00 - $175,000.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.
Discretionary incentive eligible
This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
