Job Description
Product Development
- Implement new products and variants that complement existing offerings, ensuring seamless integration within the RAKBANK portfolio.
- Execute product promotions and campaigns, collaborating with relevant teams to facilitate necessary system enhancements for successful launches.
- Drive cross-selling initiatives for Business Banking across various channels, ensuring timely execution and monitoring of cross-sell targets.
- Prepare key business documentation, including product proposals, legal agreements, training materials, and marketing communications.
Processes & Systems
- Ensure robust system infrastructure to support product, promotion, and campaign rollouts.
- Develop and implement effective processes with built-in controls and comprehensive management reporting.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to update operational procedures as per evolving business requirements.
- Address critical system and process needs essential for business growth, ensuring alignment with developments across key banking platforms (IVR, Core Banking, Digital Banking, etc.).
Portfolio Reporting & MIS
- Establish automated and manual reports for tracking portfolio performance, including book movement, utilization, and risk assessments.
- Submit monthly reports within designated timeframes, monitor downgraded accounts, and seek approvals for necessary extensions.
- Provide ad-hoc MIS insights to explore opportunities, assess portfolio risks, and enable timely decision-making.
- Develop strategic reports to evaluate product performance, process efficiency, and campaign success, supporting senior management in informed strategic planning
Qualifications
- Ability to plan ahead and churn daily deliverables in order to meet set goals consistently
- Ability to maintain harmonious relationships and manage conflict. Staff should also have good written and verbal communication skills and be pro-active to handle and resolve escalated customer complaints
- Ability to multi-task under time constraints and work under pressure
- Eye for detail, and organized and structured approach to ensure no work is error free.
- Ability to feel the pulse of the market and constantly evolve with latest changes to tap opportunity and curb risk where noted
