What You'll Do:
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for business users.
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into data models and visualizations.
- Develop and optimize data models, DAX calculations, and queries for performance and scalability.
- Connect and integrate data from multiple sources (databases, APIs, Excel, cloud platforms).
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across reporting solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver actionable insights and data-driven solutions.
- Perform data analysis, validation, and troubleshooting to resolve reporting issues.
- Implement best practices for data visualization and dashboard design.
- Support report automation, scheduling, and performance tuning.
- Maintain proper documentation of data models, reports, and processes.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Power BI Developer / Analyst Developer.
- Strong hands-on experience with Power BI, DAX, and Power Query.
- Solid understanding of data modeling and data warehousing concepts.
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases.
- Experience integrating data from multiple data sources.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and ability to work with business stakeholders.
