Role Description

We are seeking an Analyst for our Emerging Markets (EM) Fixed Income Sales & Trading team in Dubai. This is a full-time, on-site role where the Analyst will support trading and sales activities, conduct market research and analysis, and assist in the development of fixed income strategies.

Key responsibilities include monitoring market trends, analyzing investment opportunities, and preparing reports to support decision-making. The Analyst will collaborate with the sales and trading teams to drive client engagement and deliver optimal solutions aligned with client investment objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate market trends and financial data

• Knowledge of Investments and Finance to assess asset performance and opportunities

• Understanding of Portfolio Management principles to align strategies with client goals

• Familiarity with Trading concepts and practices in emerging markets

• Academic background in Finance, Economics, or a related field (Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or certifications such as CFA are a plus)

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and clients

• Adaptability and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced financial environment
