Work closely with sales and service leads to complete RFP/RFI submissions and due diligence questionnaires (DDQs) for a range of investment solutions, ensuring timely delivery and a high standard of quality.
Liaise with internal stakeholders, including sales, product, investment management, trading, legal, compliance, and operations, to ensure content is accurate, relevant, and up to date.
This hybrid role supports the Senior Manager, Global RFP Management, and the Client Service team in advancing strategic priorities by delivering high-quality, timely content aligned with institutional distribution and client servicing activities.
Key Accountabilities
Supporting and completing RFP and RFIs - 60%
Supporting and completing DDQs - 30%
Maintaining business tracker, content library, and strategic priorities. - 10%

Minimum Requirements:

Knowledge of eVestment, Morningstar, Salesforce considered an asset

The expected annual base salary range for this role is (58,000 - 72,500), which is determined based on skills, knowledge and experience and geographic location. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for annual short-term incentive, health and well-being benefits, retirement and savings plan, paid time off and career development.
