Responsibilities:
- Lead the creation of investor pitch materials: Develop and refine high-quality investor presentations, fact books, teaser decks, roadshow scripts, and customized one-pagers that clearly articulate Town Health’s investment thesis, growth drivers, and valuation story.
- Proactively attract and engage new investors: Identify target institutional investors and analysts (buy-side and sell-side), initiate outreach, and coordinate pitching meetings, non-deal roadshows, and site visits (local and overseas) to expand the Company’s investor base.
- Conduct targeted financial analysis and storytelling: Perform peer benchmarking, valuation modeling, and stock performance tracking specifically to strengthen pitch narratives and highlight Town Health’s unique investment merits.
- Support pitching execution: Assist in preparing for and participating in earnings calls, analyst briefings, and investor conferences with a strong emphasis on delivering persuasive messages that drive interest and coverage.
- Monitor market sentiment and refine pitches: Track healthcare sector news, peer performance, and investor feedback to continuously update and improve pitch materials.
- Handle IR tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field; CFA is a plus.
- 3 - 6 years’ experience in investor relations, equity research, or investment banking.
- Strong preference for investment banking, sell-side equity research, or listed-company IR background.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and financial modeling skills (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fluent in English and Cantonese (spoken/written); Mandarin an advantage.
- Proactive, creative, and results-driven with a strong pitching/sales mindset.
