Job Description

The Payment Product Partnerships Analyst supports the execution of the regional third-party engagement model and governance processes to facilitate American Express (AXP) product and capability adoption across markets in the region and with selected global providers.

This role partners closely with cross-functional teams, including local PCG, Product, and Merchant Services, to contribute to product deployments, maintain third-party documentation and controls, and support adherence to enterprise Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) policies and standards.

Minimum Qualifications:

Foundational knowledge of third-party governance, compliance, and risk management frameworks, including exposure to TPRM concepts

Strong analytical skills, with the ability to prepare structured inputs, documentation, and recommendations to support decision-making

Ability to translate defined objectives into well-organized execution tasks and follow-up actions

Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and support stakeholder interactions

Strong organizational skills, including the ability to track actions, manage dependencies, and support project delivery activities

Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to facilitate cross-functional collaboration and influence stakeholders

Experience gathering, synthesizing, and communicating industry or partner insights to internal stakeholders
