Analyst – Private Equity Secondaries

Our client, a leading global private markets investor, is seeking a hands-on Analyst to join its European Secondaries Investment Team in London. The role offers exposure to a wide range of secondary transactions, including LP-led deals, GP-led restructurings, and structured solutions, providing a strong foundation for growth in private equity secondaries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support sourcing, screening, and evaluation of LP interests, GP-led transactions, and structured secondary opportunities
- Assist in building and maintaining financial models, valuations, and investment committee materials
- Conduct quantitative analysis and support underwriting across complex transaction structures
- Participate in commercial, financial, and legal due diligence processes
- Collaborate closely with senior investment professionals on live transactions
- Support portfolio monitoring, performance analysis, and other investment initiatives
Candidate Profile:
- 2 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, consulting, or related investing roles
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
- Understanding of valuation methodologies, fund structures, and cash flow modeling
- Ability to analyze complex data sets and support investment decision-making
- Fluency in one or more European languages (e.g., French, German, Spanish, Italian) is a plus
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple workstreams under tight deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in a fast-paced environment
