We are hiring trade support roles with a focus on supporting quant trading systems and strategies, as well as handling trading operations, including timely market execution support. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with an engineering background to join us in operating and improving our quant trading business in a fast-paced, time-sensitive production environment.
You Will Have The Opportunity To
- Work closely with the quant trading team to support and monitor production quant systems and strategies, including generating orders, performing checks, verifying order details, and delivering orders to the market correctly and in a timely manner.
- Support daily trading activities by monitoring production services and trade workflows, responding swiftly to issues/incidents, and coordinating resolution with the team, developers, PMs, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth trading operations.
- Improve operational workflow through tooling and automation by building and maintaining scripts/tools for monitoring, alerting, reporting and process automation, including configuration and ongoing maintenance to improve efficiency and reduce operational risk.
- Contribute to operational excellence through documentation, runbooks, post-incident follow-ups, and continuous improvement of support processes.
- Since we trade globally, our role requires candidates who are willing to take shifts for trading operations during Asia, Europe and US market hours. (9 hours shift, including Public Holidays)
- We follow disciplined operational practices aligned with DevOps, including monitoring, incident management, change control, and continuous improvement through clear documentation and post-incident follow-ups.

- Strong production mindset and curiosity to understand how systems work end-to-end; able to take swift actions to handle issues/incidents, with good judgement and attention to detail
- Willing to work shifts, including sharing responsibilities with teammates during public holidays.
- Coding/scripting experience (primary focus on building tools and automation for support).
- Willingness to step out of their comfort zone to learn not only programming practices but also trading domain know-how and quant trading execution knowledge.
- Ability to communicate in English.
- Good to have qualifications include:
- Familiarity with Python (scripts and reporting).
- Familiarity with monitoring/observability tools and practices (dashboards, alerts, metrics), e.g., Grafana, Prometheus.
- Familiarity with basic Linux Operation and understanding on Relational Database.
- Familiarity with OOP, Dependency Injection, Unit tests, usage of development tools, documentations.
- Familiarity with Excel and VBA.
- Familiarity with Cloud, CI/CD setup, Kubernetes, Docker, AWS.
- Background in financial subjects, although this is not mandatory.
