Join the forefront of risk management as an Analyst focused on compliance strategies and operational effectiveness. This hybrid position involves supporting key risk initiatives to enhance organizational stability. Reporting to the Head of Risk, you will be instrumental in developing and managing vital risk and compliance practices. Your role will include promoting understanding of risk issues, conducting assessments, and assisting with information requests to regulators. You will also oversee the tracking of issues, identifying risk mitigation strategies and ensuring adherence to OSFI regulations. Key Responsibilities: • Assist in risk program maintenance and compliance • Conduct assessments on outsourcing arrangements • Support Risk Management Committee initiatives • Track and monitor compliance issues • Provide support for regulatory inquiries Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or law • 2 to 4 years specialized in risk and compliance • Familiarity with OSFI Guidelines and risk methodologies • Excellent critical thinking and communication skills • Capable of working autonomously and in teams Seize this chance to drive risk management excellence in a hybrid workplace supporting diverse initiatives and collaboration.
