Job Description:

The role is required to handle time-sensitive critical BAU functions to ensure cutoff time and regulatory obligation met.

Responsibilities:

Critical roles and responsibilities of this team include the processing of the following in relation to trade related payments:-

• Creation of telegraphic transfer payments in bank portals
• Sales proceeds for securities trade
• Contra gains from securities trade
• Payments of corporate actions e.g. dividends
• Withdrawal from clients' segregated accounts
• Withdrawal of margin deposits for Margin Financing, CFD, LFX
• Netting of clients receivables and payables
• AML monitoring for 3rd party payment requests and sanctioned countries
• Any ad-hoc assignments as and when assigned

Requirements:

• Singaporean/PR, minimum 2-3 years of working experience.
• Prior experience in handling bank portal payments is preferred.
• Degree in Accounting or Finance
• Proficient in the use of Office applications
• Should be a team player, independent, proactive and meticulous
• Able to work under fast paced environment
• Able to multi-task
