Analyst / Associate, Specialist, Product Management, Cards & Unsecured Lending

Responsibilities
- Assist supervisor to plan and implement credit card programs, formulate strategies and business plan to grow the card portfolio, profitability, and to achieve set KPIs in spending, active ratio, reward and customer engagement through reviewing the card features, reward platform implementation and launch
- Conduct regular review on market trends and studies competitor activities to identify opportunities and increase market competitiveness
- Initiates product ideas and ongoing card features/ benefits and services tailored for each card product and target segment that deliver excellent customer experience
- Coordinate with multiple internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely delivery of initiatives and integrated marketing programs
- Ensure that all campaigns comply with corporate guidelines, service quality standards and card scheme requirements
- Manage marketing budget on cost saving and efficiency, and ensure sourcing policies are aligned bank needs
Requirements
- University degree with minimum 3 years or above credit card product marketing experience
- Digital mindset, great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure excellent customer experience
- Attentive to details and a good team player
- Self‑motivated, strong project management and marketing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
