Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for front-office users (sales, structuring, trading) for platform-related issues.
  • Provide real-time support for the pricing and issuance platform, ensuring high availability and rapid resolution of production incidents.
  • Monitor system health and proactively identify potential issues before they impact trading.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues under time-sensitive conditions, escalating when necessary.
  • Collaborate with development teams to communicate bugs, suggest enhancements, and validate fixes.
  • Maintain and improve monitoring, alerting, and automation tools to enhance system resilience.
  • Document processes, incident resolutions, and best practices for knowledge sharing.

Knowledge and Skills

  • Familiarity with pricing theory, financial engineering concepts, and risk management principles.
  • Solid grounding in computer science fundamentals and systems architecture.
  • Proficiency in programming and scripting (Python, SQL; knowledge of C# and React is strongly desired).
  • Experience with Windows environments, networking basics, and system monitoring tools.
  • Ability to analyze logs, debug issues, and perform root cause analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with front-office and technology teams.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and time-management abilities.

Experience / Education

  • 1–5 years of experience in production support, application support, or front-office technology roles within financial services.
  • Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, or in a related computing discipline.
  • Knowledge of derivatives markets and structured products is highly desirable.
  • Professional certifications (CFA, FRM) or advanced degrees are a plus but not required.

Why Join Us?

  • Work at the intersection of technology and trading, supporting complex exotic derivatives workflows.
  • Gain exposure to front-office decision-making and cutting-edge pricing systems.
  • Be part of a high-impact team ensuring stability and competitiveness in a fast-paced market environment.
