Your Impact

Implement cash and liquidity management of bank accounts to support all aspects of treasury operations and cash management.

As part of our team you will

This role is in the Corporate Treasury function.

  • Prior day bank reconciliation and current day positioning, process 3rd party and intercompany ACH, wire and bank transfers, accounting funding, and intercompany funding
  • Day to day processing of FX trades, investments and reporting. Ensure compliance with internal controls and standards.
  • Prepare and handle short term and medium cash forecasting, analyze, understand and improve variance.
  • Support SOX and internal and external audit and monitor compliance with regulatory and banking requirements
  • Prepare and deliver weekly, monthly, daily treasury reports
  • Prepare and handle short term and medium cash forecasting, analyze, understand and improve variance.
  • Implement investment strategy.

Prerequisites for your success in this role

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience in treasury, corporate banking, or a related financial services environment.
  • Knowledge of cash management, payment systems, corporate banking, and short-term investments and experience working with Treasury Management Systems.
  • Proven ability to perform under tight deadlines.
  • High attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy and controls.
  • Self-starter mindset with a results-driven and continuous improvement orientation.

  • You will be part of Newmont’s Finance organization, working closely with treasury professionals, banking partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • The role operates in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with high transaction volumes and time-sensitive deliverables.
  • Primarily office-based, supporting critical financial operations.

The salary range offered for this role is USD $86,500- 115,300. The salary range is tied to the Colorado market for jobs performed in Colorado. The salary offer to the successful candidate will be based on job-related education, training, and/or experience. The salary offer will not be based on a candidate’s salary history at other jobs, and by law, Newmont will not seek information about salary history, and candidates should not share such information with Newmont.

This role will be eligible for participation in a discretionary annual bonus program, pursuant to which an employee may be awarded a percentage of their salary based on the company’s performance and their own individual performance.
