Analytics and Reporting Manager

A company is looking for a Manager, Analytics & Reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of analysts, setting priorities and guiding execution

Build and evolve client reporting to highlight performance and improvement areas

Analyze complex health data sets and translate findings into actionable recommendations

Required Qualifications

5+ years in healthcare analytics, health tech, or medical economics, with at least 2 years in a leadership role

Strong hands-on experience with SQL and Python (or similar tools)

Proven track record of managing and developing analysts

Experience presenting data to both technical and non-technical audiences

Strong organizational skills to balance multiple priorities effectively
