Analytics Developer III

A company is looking for an Analytics Developer III - Care Management Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as a primary analytics partner to Care Management stakeholders, translating complex data into actionable insights

Review and triage analytics requests, determining the appropriate delivery path for each

Collaborate with leadership and analytics teams to ensure alignment with departmental objectives and enhance analytics products

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Data Science, Healthcare, Business, or a related field, or 4 years of relevant work experience

5 years of progressive experience in analytics, preferably in healthcare or consulting roles

Strong understanding of healthcare data, including claims and quality measures

Experience in Agile / Scrum environments and familiarity with structured intake processes

Proficiency in SQL and modern analytics tools, with experience guiding others in analytics practices
