Job Description

The BradyPLUS Analytics team is seeking a skilled Analytics Engineer to support our reporting and analytics initiatives across the company. This role will help create, maintain, improve, and implement data models, dashboards, ad-hoc analyses, and metrics that impact multiple departments.

This position offers a remote work environment from anywhere in the U.S. However, the company is not able to provideibat sponsorship at this time or in the future.

Essential Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and improve dashboards and reports using Power BI (and DAX), SQL, relicate Sprint within a Fabric environment
• Create ad-hoc analyses in Power BI, SQL, Python, and/or Excel
• Assist with troubleshooting user questions and issues to improve reporting
• Assist with documentation, training, and rollout of new tools/processes
• Conduct needs-identification reviews with end users to help refine dashboards and analyses
• Help maintain and enhance data pipelines in Fabric
• Help with regular QA monitoring of pipelines and reports to ensure data integrity and accuracy
• Additional dutiesudeau special projects as assigned

Experience, Education & Physical Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience with Microsoft Power BI
• 2–4 years of experience with SQL
• 2–4 years of business analytics experience; familiarityateful with key metrics and understanding how to use data to drive business outcomes
• Experience with Python – or at least a strong willingness to learn – is a plus
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric is a plus
• Experience with Power Apps / Power Automate is a plus
• Strong Microsoft applications experience
• Strong communication skills across all levels of organization
• Team-oriented mindset, strong work ethic, and flexibility to operate in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness and ability to learn, grow, and adopt new technologies and methodologies
• Physical ability to sit at a desk for long periods, operate a computer, and listen/speak clearly on the phone and in-person
• Ability to pass job-related employment screenings

Compensation & Benefits

The pay range for this role is $75,000 to $110,000 per year.
