Senior Analytics Engineer (Remote)

Compensation: $140,000–$160,000 base + bonus/equity

Location: Remote in the US (except HI/AK); must be available 9am–12pm CT

Join a profitable, fast‑growing B2B software company in the document workflow space. The team has recently completed a full migration to a modern data stack and is investing heavily in AI, semantic modeling, and high‑quality data foundations. We’re looking for a Senior Analytics Engineer to help scale our modeling layer and support critical business and AI initiatives.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain dimensional and semantic models
• Own dbt development (majority of the role)
• Partner with business teams to translate needs into reliable models
• Improve data quality and support upstream diagnostics
• Contribute to architecture, tooling decisions, and AI‑related modeling work

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years experience in Analytics Engineering or similar
• Deep experience with dbt (Core or Cloud)
• Strong SQL; Python helpful but not required
• Cloud data warehouse experience (Snowflake preferred)
• B2B SaaS background strongly preferred
• Broad exposure to GTM, product, billing/subscription, CRM, and support systems
• Collaborative, low‑ego working style
