Analytics Engineer - Bogotá

Who You'll Work With

We're growing our Data Experience (DX) team in Colombia to support global enterprise clients modernizing their analytics platforms. You'll work closely with U.S. and global teams in real time, contributing to high‑impact BI migrations and modern analytics solutions-while building deep expertise in analytics, data modeling, and AI‑assisted delivery.

This role is ideal for engineers who value clear expectations, strong collaboration, and long‑term professional growth while working on complex, regulated environments.

What You'll Do

• Modernizing and migrating BI platforms
• Inventorying and rationalizing analytics assets using proven migration frameworks
• Designing semantic models and analytics layers using SQL and Python
• Collaborating with data engineering and governance teams on modern data platforms
• Validating data quality, definitions, and usability throughout delivery
• Producing clear documentation and delivery artifacts for enterprise clients
• Using AI tools responsibly to accelerate analysis, documentation, and testing

What You'll Bring

• 3-6 years of experience in analytics engineering, BI, or data roles
• Strong SQL and solid Python experience
• Understanding of data modeling, ETL/ELT, and semantic layers
• Experience translating business questions into analytical requirements
• Strong English communication skills (daily collaboration with global teams)
