- Hands-on experience analyzing user behavior and digital journeys
- Deep understanding of web/app tracking and event-based data
- Tool Expertise
- Proven experience with:
- Adobe Analytics
- Google Analytics
- Ability to work on implementation, reporting, and optimization
- Solution Design Capability
- Experience in designing end-to-end analytics solutions
- Ability to translate business requirements into tracking frameworks and insights
- Business & Product Understanding
- Strong understanding of digital platforms, customer journeys, and KPIs
- Ability to derive actionable insights from clickstream data
