Job Responsibilities
- Build and maintain the end‑to‑end analytics data pipeline, ensuring data flows smoothly from source systems through transformation to dashboards and reports.
- Develop and manage ETL / ELT processes to collect, transform, and prepare data from multiple systems for analytics and reporting use.
- Design and maintain data storage structures that are reliable, easy to maintain, and optimized for reporting performance.
- Create and maintain data transformations, queries, and logic to ensure data is structured, accurate, and ready for business analysis.
- Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data by performing validation checks, monitoring data quality, and maintaining clear definitions of metrics and KPIs.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs, define key measures, and translate business requirements into practical data solutions.
- Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports that provide clear insights and support both operational needs and management decision‑making.
- Apply sound data visualization principles to ensure dashboards are easy to understand, consistent, and user‑friendly.
- Document data models, transformation logic, and reporting definitions to support transparency, knowledge sharing, and ongoing maintenance.
- Continuously review and improve data pipelines, datasets, and dashboards to enhance performance, usability, and scalability.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in data analytics, business intelligence, analytics engineering, or a similar role.
- Experience developing data pipelines and ETL processes using tools such as Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, and SQL.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, with solid experience using Power BI DAX.
- Experience working with large data models and datasets, including both structured and semi‑structured data, for reporting and analysis purposes.
- Hands‑on experience designing, developing, and maintaining dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
- Ability to work closely with business users to understand reporting requirements and translate them into data solutions and dashboards.
- Strong attention to data accuracy and data quality, with a well‑organized and detail‑oriented approach.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
