Analytics Engineer, People Analytics

A company is looking for an Analytics Engineer, People Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain SQL and Python data pipelines and models for People Analytics initiatives

Monitor data quality, implement automated testing, and resolve workflow issues

Build dashboards and analytics solutions using internal tools

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in data analytics, data science, statistics, information technology, or a related field

At least 4 years of SQL experience and 3 years of Python experience

Minimum of 2 years in data modeling with experience in Snowflake or similar platforms

Experience in developing test automation and workflow orchestration tools

Familiarity with cloud environments and modern data engineering tools
