Analytics Engineer, People Analytics

A company is looking for an Analytics Engineer, People Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

Develop SQL and Python pipelines for data extraction and transformation

Maintain Snowflake / dbt data models and monitor data quality

Build dashboards and analytics solutions using internal tools

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in data analytics, data science, statistics, or related field

At least 4 years of SQL experience and 3 years of Python experience

2 years of experience in data modeling and building data structures

Familiarity with Snowflake, dbt, and cloud environments (AWS preferred)

Experience with workflow orchestration tools like Airflow or Jenkins
