Analytics Engineer, People Analytics

A company is looking for an Analytics Engineer, People Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain SQL and Python data pipelines for People Analytics initiatives

Monitor data quality and workflow issues, implementing automated testing as needed

Build dashboards and analytics solutions using internal tools

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in data analytics, data science, statistics, information technology, or a related field

At least 4 years of SQL experience and 3 years of Python experience

Minimum 2 years of experience in data modeling and building production-ready data structures

Experience with Snowflake, dbt, or similar data warehousing platforms

Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS preferred) and modern data engineering tools
