In this pivotal role, you will serve as a key contributor to our executive leadership team, providing data-driven strategic opportunities that optimize our paid media spend globally. You will collaborate closely with marketing teams to identify opportunities for improving advertising efficiency, develop comprehensive reporting and analyses to frame and drive decisions, and establish KPIs and scorecards that track progress and execution with a relentless focus on results and performance.

What You'll Do

As our Analytics Manager, you will play a central role in supporting strategic decision-making by creating and communicating tailored reporting and analyses that inform our paid media strategy. Your work will directly impact how arenaflex allocates resources, engages customers, and grows its market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive reporting and insights in the realm of paid media, translating complex datasets into clear, actionable recommendations for senior leadership
  • Design and lead the development of analytics, business intelligence, and data science initiatives aimed at enhancing measurable paid media outcomes and improving marketing efficiencies
  • Collaborate with paid media data science teams and marketing departments to implement sophisticated media mix models that optimize channel allocation and budget distribution
  • Conduct ad-hoc investigations through database querying, followed by intelligent interpretation of results and the design and communication of recommendations that drive tangible business actions
  • Serve as a trusted partner with marketing, finance, and data product teams to address complex business challenges and track marketing and product performance using a data-driven approach
  • Leverage technical tools including Structured Query Language (SQL), MicroStrategy, Tableau, Excel, and other reporting platforms to create and maintain scheduled and ad-hoc reports
  • Analyze data to identify business issues and conduct deep-dive root cause analysis to address underlying challenges
  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders to utilize internal data from Discernible and arenaflex, as well as external data from market research and advertising partners, to solve complex business problems through meaningful insights
  • Conceptualize and execute analyses that generate insights into customer behavior and customer needs, supporting the continued development and improvement of our value proposition

What We're Looking For

We seek an autonomous, insightful self-starter with exceptional analytical capabilities and a proven track record of delivering impactful insights in fast-paced environments.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or Consulting within an e-commerce environment or related field, demonstrating familiarity with the unique challenges and opportunities of digital advertising
  • Advanced SQL experience with the ability to write complex queries, optimize performance, and work with large datasets effectively
  • Proficiency in at least one industry-leading analytics and statistics visualization tool such as Tableau, QuickSight, or PowerBI, with demonstrated ability to create compelling visual narratives
  • Mastery of Microsoft Excel with a proven history of using advanced functions, pivot tables, and data modeling techniques
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business, Economics, Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, or another related field
