Sales Analytics Manager will lead complex business analysis and reporting initiatives and help the Supply business by driving data driven decisions, providing key business insights and trends timely to enable the Supply leaders to make well informed decisions to make business more predictable and less risk averse. The Lead Analyst will work with XFN partners such as SOPS, Supply, Product, Data Science etc. for Reporting & Insights on Strategic Initiatives to drive Supply growth. They will also focus on improving data quality and work internally to increase efficiencies across Supply data architecture.

As our Product Analytics Manager at The RealReal, you are an innovative data leader who is a crucial interface between the business team and Product & Tech team. On one hand, you thoroughly understand the needs of the business team and are able to predict future requirements. On the other hand, you partner with both Product and Engineering teams and leaders to provide fact-based measurement and insights. More specifically, you will own the analytics on TRR’s consign flow, which is the single most impactful product in the company. Your goal is to provide capability and deep understanding of performance measurement and success for our Product and Engineering teams to prioritize and make business impact through technology.

As our Operations Analytics Manager you will deliver insights using quantitative data to support our operations business here at The RealReal. You will work closely with inventory, logistics, retail, and customer services team within the ops org, and partner with tech and finance teams working with nearly all aspects of our growing business. Your mission is to understand, measure and optimize efficiency in our operations, provide clarity of business performance, identify growth opportunities, and drive alignment to focus on the most impactful areas for our company. This role requires hands-on experience and the ability to design, guide, and complete enterprise scale and strategic level of analyses.

What You Get To Do Everyday

Own both supply and demand marketing performance measurements; you will synthesize performance data to define success metrics, publish performance reports, and thus find opportunities for improvements

Lead Performance Marketing Analytics; you will be the go-to person for the acquisition and retention business to seek analytical support
•
Support Marketing strategy; you will partner with business owners to define strategy and align analytics resources to ensure the implementation of the strategy and its success
•
Become the knowledge center; you will manage your learning agenda to identify and gather relevant data, accumulate insights, and provide recommendations for operational excellence
What You Bring To The Role
Minimum Requirements:
•
8+ years of experience in analytics that is focused on first-party data
•
5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, with expertise in performance marketing, brand, and modeling
•
Proven track record of owning and defining framework for domain analytics
•
Expert proficiency in query languages such as SQL
•
Strong experience with designing, implementing, providing and interpreting results of A/B testing or causal inference models
•
Proven ability to deliver high complexity analytics projects involving methodology development, analysis, strategic recommendations, and presentation of findings
•
Strong written and verbal communication skills
•
Ability to build and maintain relationships, solicit cooperation, and achieve results through collaboration
•
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
•
Ability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
•
Ability to work well independently and on a team
•
No travel required
Preferred Requirements:
•
Experience in eCommerce and Retail industries is highly preferred

Manages Daily/Weekly/Monthly KPIs and proactively alerts the business for any trends or data issues.

Develops Looker dashboards, reporting and partners internally for any broader data initiatives.
•
Assists in the development of supply strategy initiatives by structuring complex problems, performing detailed analysis, developing compelling solutions and presenting recommendations to leadership
•
Collaborates with regional Supply Strategy, Supply Programs, and other multi-functional teams to achieve consistent reporting, GTM alignment, and meaningful insights based on well-art
