Analytics Specialist

An established member-based nonprofit organization is seeking a Data Analytics Specialist to support its growing data and digital transformation initiatives. This role will play a key part in leveraging data to support strategic decision-making, enhance operational efficiency, and improve member engagement across the organization.

The ideal candidate will bring a blend of analytics, data engineering, and business intelligence expertise, with the ability to build scalable data solutions, develop impactful dashboards, and collaborate with stakeholders across multiple business units.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain data pipelines and automated workflows to support analytics and reporting.
• Build dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI or Tableau to enable data-driven decision-making.
• Develop clean, well-structured datasets and analytics models for cross-department use.
• Support data governance initiatives, ensuring data quality, privacy, and compliance standards are met.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into data solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or data engineering.
• Strong SQL and Python skills.
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau for data visualization.
• Experience with data pipelines, ETL processes, or automation tools.
• Experience supporting system implementations or data migration projects.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
