Position: Applications Production Support Analyst
NOTE: onsite 5 days a week.
Location: Singapore
Type: Contract – 12 months
Job Details
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a related software engineering job experience, or tier 2+ customer or application support role.
- Proficiency in Japanese language is a must
- Coding knowledge in Java and familiarity with related frameworks.
- Experience with SQL and leveraging databases for data analysis.
- Experience in ITIL practices, including incident, problem, and change management.
- Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk) and similar observability platforms.
- Willingness to participate in on-call rotations and provide weekend coverage as needed.
