A company is looking for an Applied Scientist, Customer Growth. Key Responsibilities Initiate and drive applied science initiatives focused on business impact Build and deploy AI systems, including customer lifetime value models and recommendation systems Analyze various data types to drive model development and maintain model reliability and performance Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in applied AI/data science with a track record of deploying models to production Proficiency in programming languages such as Python Familiarity with agentic software engineering tools like Claude Code or Codex Strong foundation in probability, statistics, and experimental design Experience managing complex projects with cross-functional teams
