Mission

Neko is redefining what prevention means, from treating illness when it arrives, to sustaining health before it's ever at risk. Our mission: make data-driven, preventative care accessible to more people, before symptoms appear.

In a single, non-invasive visit under an hour, proprietary technology and direct clinical care combine to deliver personalised, actionable insights. It's a team that thinks in 10x, not 10%. Every role here plays a part in building a world where prevention is the norm, and where your work genuinely helps people live longer, healthier lives.

What You'll Deliver in the First 6–12 Months

  • Own and evolve Neko's physical design standards across EMEA — ensuring consistency and excellence across all clinic and space touchpoints
  • Lead concept development and design direction for new location rollouts, raising the bar for spatial experience across the organisation
  • Translate Neko's brand and experience principles into clear, compelling physical environments — from test fits and layouts through to final delivery
  • Partner with Project Managers, consultants, and contractors to deliver cohesive, high-impact spaces on time and to specification
  • Build and contribute to Neko's Location Design Playbook, creating scalable standards that support rapid international expansion

Minimum Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in architecture, design management, or a related role within the construction industry.
  • Strong creative design skills with high attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated experience managing cross-disciplinary design teams and external consultants across complex projects.
  • Broad knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards across European markets.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in design software (e.g. Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp) and project management tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
