Artificial Intelligence Engineer

AI/ML Engineer | Hybrid (1 say onsite) | Atlanta, GA | $100K - $150K

We’re working with a leading legal organisation building

production-grade AI systems

to transform how legal work gets done. This is a hands-on engineering role focused on developing and deploying

LLM-powered solutions

in secure, real-world environments.

What you’ll work on:

• Building

RAG pipelines, fine-tuned LLMs, and agentic workflows

• Developing systems that interact with

legal documents, knowledge bases, and internal platforms

• Designing

APIs, data pipelines, and backend services

to support AI applications

• Improving system performance across

latency, cost, and reliability constraints

• Collaborating closely with legal and product teams to turn complex workflows into AI-driven solutions

What they’re looking for:

• Experience with

Python

and modern AI/ML tooling (e.g. PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, LlamaIndex)

• Understanding of

LLMs, embeddings, and retrieval systems (RAG)

• Exposure to

cloud environments (AWS or GCP)

and production systems

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work across

ambiguous, real-world challenges

Nice to have:

• Experience with

agent-based systems or orchestration frameworks

• Background working with

sensitive or regulated data

• Familiarity with

vector databases, evaluation frameworks, or MLOps practices

strong M.S. graduates

looking to move into industry and work on meaningful, production AI systems.
