  • Develop and maintain robust relationships with clients involved in asset-based lending, including private equity firms, investment managers, and corporate borrowers.
  • Conduct comprehensive credit analysis and financial assessments to evaluate borrower creditworthiness and collateral value.
  • Monitor portfolio performance continuously, identifying potential risks and implementing proactive risk management strategies.
  • Oversee underwriting processes, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards while optimizing asset utilization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as investment management, cash management, and wealth management to deliver integrated financial solutions.
  • Utilize advanced financial software and research tools like Bloomberg for market analysis, valuation, and risk evaluation.
  • Prepare detailed reports on portfolio status, risk exposure, and recommended actions to senior management.
  • Strong expertise in credit analysis, financial concepts, and risk management principles.
  • Proven experience in private equity, investment banking, or asset management environments.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis software, Bloomberg terminals, and technical accounting tools.
  • In-depth knowledge of cash management, wealth planning, tax law (including wills & estate law), and financial planning strategies.
  • Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to communicate complex financial information clearly.
  • Solid understanding of underwriting processes, financial services industry standards, and investment concepts.
  • Ability to perform detailed research and analysis using advanced mathematical skills and financial acumen.
