Key Responsibilities
- Drive the development and execution of asset management strategies to enhance portfolio performance in Hong Kong
- Keep track with the investment performances to make sure the asset enhancement, management and business plans are well executed
- Review regular financial statements, property-level reporting, and cash flow projections
- Track capital expenditure, renovation projects, and asset enhancement programmes
- Prepare investment memos, performance reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
- Actively build and manage relationships with onsite team, external parties, landlords, investors, consultants, and internal teams across functions
- Work closely with the team in delivering and executing asset management strategies, fund raising activities, portfolio expansion plans
- Contribute to asset management and portfolio expansion initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in real estate asset management, experience in Hong Kong Student Housing is preferred
- Sales and marketing experience in Hong Kong student housing market is preferred
- Strong sense of personal motivation, responsibility and entrepreneurship with a desire to work in a fast-paced environment. Be able to work in a small team environment and independently
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and exceptional at execution
- Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities
- Being result driven and problem solving
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with high accountability and ownership
- Exceptionally good at commanding English and Cantonese, Mandarin is a plus
