Responsibilities
- Plan and monitor capital expenditure and budgets of overseas investments
- Manage overseas operators and analyse their performance to enhance overall asset value and profitability
- Conduct comprehensive research and analysis on a diverse range of business and investment prospects, including sectors such as hospitality, real estate, F&B, etc.
- Prepare investment proposals and participate in deal process to support decision-making
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Degree or above in business, hospitality or analytical disciplines
- Experience in property management, asset management, and/or hospitality industry will be an advantage
- Strong communication, problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Willing to travel overseas
