By partnering with developers and public sector organizations, CCRC facilitates the flow of private capital to support affordable housing initiatives. The organization is dedicated to enhancing the lives of low-income families, seniors, and residents with special needs by providing access to funding for affordable rental homes. To date, CCRC has financed over $2.15 billion in loans, creating more than 49,000 rental homes for individuals and families earning 60% or less of the area median income. Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid role for an Asset Manager located in Glendale, CA, with the flexibility of some remote work. The Asset Manager will oversee a portfolio of affordable housing properties, monitor financial and physical performance, and ensure compliance with regulatory and investor requirements. Responsibilities include conducting site visits, preparing and analyzing financial reports, communicating with stakeholders, and recommending strategies to optimize property performance. The Asset Manager will also handle project risk assessments and collaborate with various internal and external partners to support long-term property viability.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting
  • Experience in property management, asset management, or affordable housing operations
  • Strong understanding of regulatory compliance, affordable housing programs, and tax credit requirements
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder relationship management skills
  • Ability to perform detailed site inspections and evaluate property conditions
  • Strong organizational and time management skills for managing multiple projects
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in affordable housing or loans is a plus
  • Proficiency in using financial and property management software is beneficial
