Job Description

Minimum of 5+ years experience in credit risk management and/or workout of multifamily and CRE loans

Income property loan underwriting including property cash flow analysis, complex global relationship review, financial statements analysis of borrower and guarantor, collateral evaluation modules and credit review write-up.

Experience in loan classification, fair value analysis, accounting and regulatory guidelines associated with classified credits

Experience with legal proceedings including foreclosure and bankruptcy proceedings

Proficient with Excel and Word

Conduct internal collateral evaluation utilizing current market data

Perform inspections

Prepare credit memoranda that presents credit risk and make classification recommendations

Perform information for the Allowance for Loan Losses Summary Report

Pay: $90,000.00 - $104,000.00 per year
