Role: Asset Manager, Real Estate

Location: Seattle metro area, In-office position

Compensation: Base salary of $150,000 to $180,000 dependent on experience + annual bonus target

Addison Group is representing a real estate investment and management firm with the hiring of an Asset Manager to oversee a portfolio of multifamily assets and drive operational and financial performance across the portfolio. This role will partner closely with acquisitions, property management, and executive leadership to maximize asset value through strategic planning, financial analysis, and hands-on portfolio oversight.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the performance of a multifamily real estate portfolio
• Analyze property financials, budgets, and operating results
• Develop and execute asset-level business plans
• Identify opportunities to improve NOI and increase asset value
• Work closely with third-party property management teams
• Monitor leasing trends, capital projects, and market performance
• Prepare reporting for ownership and senior leadership
• Support refinancing, disposition, and acquisition strategies as needed

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5+ years of real estate asset management experience required
• Strong experience managing multifamily real estate assets required
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Accounting, or related field
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills required
• Ability to communicate with investors, ownership, and operations teams
• Experience with institutional or private real estate portfolios preferred
