We are a growing real estate company seeking a dynamic and results-driven Asset Manager based in Miami to oversee and maximize the performance of our property portfolio in Mexico.
This is a high-impact role for a commercial-minded professional who thrives on driving revenue, increasing asset value, and identifying new opportunities within a fast-paced real estate environment.
What You’ll Do
- Drive profitability and performance of a real estate portfolio in Mexico
- Identify revenue growth opportunities and improve asset value
- Analyze financial performance (NOI, IRR, cash flow, Cap Rate)
- Execute commercial strategies to increase occupancy and income
- Work closely with leasing, operations, and local teams in Mexico
- Monitor market trends and identify investment opportunities
- Prepare reports, forecasts, and performance insights for leadership
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5+ years in Asset Management, Real Estate, or Commercial Strategy
- Strong financial and business mindset
- Proven ability to increase revenue and optimize assets
- Advanced Excel and financial analysis skills
- Bilingual: English & Spanish (must)
- Experience with Latin American or Mexico markets is a strong plus
