The Job

Business Performance Analysis

Develop executive management reports on the wagering business trends (including racing, football, basketball, and lottery).

Continuously track business performance against targets through core KPIs.

Highlight emerging performance issues, including variances caused by event gaps, system behavior, customer mix shifts, or unexpected market dynamics.

Provide actionable insights to support timely management decisions and strategic adjustments to facilitate business growth.

Data Mining

Develop and maintain wagering product databases to meet business needs and ensure data accuracy and availability.

Perform data mining and analysis to support ad-hoc analytical tasks, incident management and strategic programs.

Strategic Program Support

Understand the new business changes and objectives.

Collaborate with IT and other stakeholders to specify user and business requirements for system development.
