We are currently looking for a talented Assistant Engineer to join our Technical Team in Hong Kong’s leading decentralized office area – Taikoo Place. With top-flight technological facilities and an integrated community, Taikoo Place is a thriving hub of 10 interconnected office towers that has seen continuous upgrading and expansion. Our Technical Team of specialised engineers and building surveyors are dedicated professionals who drive our sustainable practices forward, make cutting-edge enhancements to our buildings so Taikoo Place is even more exceptional, and support our daily operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Monitor operation and maintenance of HVAC installations
  • Monitor tenants’ fit-out works
  • Supervise in-house technicians and contractors to carry out routine repair and maintenance work, implement corrective and planned maintenance of HVAC equipment and system
  • Handle enquiries on all related issues, plan & execute system upgrades and prepare technical reports

REQUIREMENTS

  • Higher Diploma or above in Mechanical or Building Services Engineering
  • Minimum 3 years of related experience
  • Achieves results, even under tough circumstances
  • Builds partnerships and works collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives
  • Builds strong customer relationships and delivers customer-centric solutions
  • Solid working experience in HVAC is preferable
  • Excellent communication skill; ability to work with people at all levels
  • Fluent spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Good PC skills on AutoCAD, MS Word and Excel
  • Required to attend 24-hour emergency calls
