Position: Assistant Engineer – Process (Wet / Dry) | Up to $3,200 | MNC | West

Location: Greater London

About the Role

We are looking for a hands‑on Process Technician (Wet / Dry) to support semiconductor R&D and advanced packaging activities. This role involves process execution, parameter control, and basic troubleshooting in a cleanroom environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute wet / dry processes (e.g. cleaning, etching, deposition or similar)
• Prepare and manage materials, chemicals, and process inputs
• Monitor and control process parameters (temperature, timing, flow, etc.)
• Perform basic troubleshooting of process and equipment issues
• Support process characterisation, defect inspection, and improvement activities
• Maintain proper documentation including process logs and reports
• Ensure compliance with EHS, chemical handling, and cleanroom protocols

Requirements

• NITEC / Diploma in Engineering (Chemical / Mechanical / Electrical / related)
• 1–3 years of experience in process, production, or manufacturing environment
• Exposure to chemical handling or process flow is advantageous
• Basic troubleshooting and technical understanding
• Comfortable working in cleanroom environment with PPE
