Job Duties:

Manage hospital/clinic/lab E&M maintenance and services works to meet with client’s specific needs and requirements

Supervise field staffs on works and provide technical support

To manage E&M contractors and ensure good quality of works

To prepare quotation and tendering on maintenance and service works

To face and maintain good relationship with client

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree/higher diploma in Building Service/ Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering or related discipline;

1-3 years of relevant experience;

A good team player with an agile mindset; strong project management, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential;

Good command of both English and Chinese;

Proficient in MS Office, Project, and AutoCAD.
